Artículo tercero. A partir del corriente año de 1978, las asambleas de delegados para elegir representantes del gremio ante la Junta Central de Contadores, se celebrarán en Bogotá, en la segunda quincena del mes de mayo, previa convocatoria que hará el Ministro de Educación Nacional, quien las presidirá personalmente, o designará un funcionario para ello.
