La Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones, Caprecom, suscribirá un convenio de desempeño con el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud en el cual se establezcan los mecanismos que garanticen el equilibrio financiero y el cumplimiento de las disposiciones que regulan el Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud.
