Cuando una persona haya trabajado en el SENA un mínimo de tres (3) años continuos en un empleo de tiempo completo, y se hubiere retirado del servicio por causa distinta de la destitución tendrá derecho, si se vincula de nuevo a la Entidad, a percibir la remuneración correspondiente a su grado en el máximo nivel salarial vigente.
