º Los candidatos a las oposiciones deberán someterse previamente, ante el Consejo del Ministerio de Rlaciones Exteriores de que trata el artículo 4º del Decreto número 320 de 1938, a un examen que versará sobre condiciones físicas, mentales, educación general y cultura personal. El Consejo reglamentará todo lo relativo a éstos exámenes.
