Destínase como auxilio y por una sola vez la cantidad de siete mil pesos ($ 7.000.00) moneda corriente, al Movimiento Cooperativo de Caucasia (Antioquia), iniciado y regentado por el Reverendo Padre Jaime Gómez Madrid, Párroco de dicha localidad, con el fin de adelantar cursos de difusión cooperativa entre los campesinos de la región.
