Artículo único. Además de las autorizaciones a que se refiere el artículo sexto del Decreto número 2731 de 1958, el Liquidador del Servicio Nacional de Asistencia Social -SAS__ podrá nombrar, destituir, suspender, comisionar, conceder licencias y permisos, aceptar renuncias, efectuar reconocimientos y demás funciones relacionadas con el personal de la institución por medio de resoluciones que llevarán la refrendación del Ministro de Salud Pública. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
