ARTICULO 118 . TRAMITE EN SEGUNDA INSTANCIA. Recibido el proceso, el funcionario competente de segunda instancia deberá decidir el recurso de apelación dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes cuando se tratare de un fallo y dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles para las demás providencias susceptibles de este recurso.
