Art. 7.° El Administrador general del monopolio rendirá sus cuentas ante la Oficina general del ramo, y asegurará su manejo con una fianza hipotecaria ó prendaria por valor de cuatro mil pesos ($ 4,000). Los almacenistas asegurarán igualmente su manejo con la fianza que les señale el Administrador general del monopolio.
