Prestadores de servicio turístico con vehículos de propiedad de terceros. Si los Prestadores de Servicios Turísticos no cuentan con vehículos de su propiedad, el transporte sólo podrá efectuarse previo contrato, celebrado entre el Prestador de Servicios Turísticos y las Empresas de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor Especial habilitadas o en su defecto habilitarse como Empresa de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor Especial, cumpliendo lo establecido en el presente capítulo.
