Las sociedades por acciones y las limitadas podrán readquirir los instrumentos de patrimonio propios conforme lo previsto en la ley comercial y según lo dispuesto en el numeral 3.5. del Capítulo III de la CBC, siempre que se pueda verificar el cumplimiento de los siguientes requisitos:
