Delegación . Los miembros del Consejo Nacional de Conciliación y Acceso a la Justicia no podrán delegar su participación en el mismo, con excepción de los representantes estatales. Los delegados deberán enviar la autorización a la Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Nacional de Conciliación y Acceso a la Justicia, con mínimo cinco (5) días de antelación a la reunión correspondiente.
