° Los préstamos mensuales de que trata el literal a) del artículo 8° del Decreto Ley 1018 de 1960, se formalizarán y se pagarán dentro de los 20 días siguientes al mes a que corresponda. El crédito a que se refiere el literal b) del mismo artículo son las deudas que contrae la Caja por contratos o construcción de casas, por préstamos con el mismo fin, o por adquisición de materiales para las viviendas por construirse.
