Las prestaciones que según este Decreto quedan a cargo del Tesoro Público, se regularán por medio de Resoluciones dictadas por la Dirección General de la Policía. El reconocimiento de asignación de retiro y demás prestaciones que corresponda a la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro, se hará por medio de Acuerdos de la Caja aprobados por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
