Las investigaciones a que den lugar los hechos punibles tipificados en los artículos 51 y 52 de esta Ley, se adelantarán conforme al proceso ordinario. Si el imputado es capturado en flagrancia o existe confesión simple de su parte, se seguirá el procedimiento abreviado que la ley señale.
