DEPÓSITO DE CESANTÍAS. La Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, a medida que las apropiaciones presupuestales lo permitan, podrá depositar en la Caja de Vivienda Militar los dineros que considere disponibles y que hayan sido destinados para el pago de cesantía de los Agentes. La Caja podrá utilizar esos dineros en el desarrollo de sus actividades ordinarias, manteniendo a órdenes de la Policía Nacional, con liquidez inmediata, el porcentaje que el Ministro de Defensa Nacional determine.
