Responsable de la verificación de los resultados de las Pruebas Saber Pro. La verificación del requisito relacionado con los resultados de las pruebas Saber Pro la realizará el Icfes y la deberá reportar al Icetex para efectos de que este constante que el beneficiario del crédito cumple con los demás requisitos establecidos en el artículo 61 de la Ley 1753 de 2015 y en la presente Subsección. En cualquier caso, el Icfes observará las previsiones normativas de las Leyes de Hábeas Data.
