En el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia se apropiarán las partidas necesarias para atender al cumplimiento de la presente Ley, y en caso de no hacer, autorizase al Gobierno para hacer los traslados y apropiaciones respectivas dentro del mismo Presupuesto.
