Modifíquese el inciso 2° del artículo 57 del Decreto 2147 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “Para obtener la declaratoria de existencia de una zona franca transitoria, el representante legal del ente administrador del lugar deberá presentar solicitud escrita ante el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, por lo menos tres (3) meses antes de la fecha de iniciación del evento, acompañada de la siguiente información:”
