Entidad encargada de supervisar el registro . La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio impartirá las instrucciones dirigidas a que el registro de las personas jurídicas sin ánimo de lucro, que se realiza en las Cámaras de Comercio, se lleve de acuerdo con la ley y los reglamentos que lo regulen, adoptando para ello, las medidas necesarias para su correcto funcionamiento.
