El Fondo de Solidaridad Agropecuario, es una cuenta especial sin personería jurídica, separada e incorporada en el presupuesto del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural y administrada por éste. Los recursos de este Fondo podrán ser administrados directamente por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural o a través de un contrato de fiducia, con sujeción a lo dispuesto en la Ley 302 de 1996.
