Objeto. El presente capítulo tiene como objeto adoptar el marco de atención humanitaria al confinamiento, en los términos de la Ley 1448 de 2011, modificada por la Ley 2421 de 2024, con el fin de garantizar las medidas de asistencia y atención a las víctimas, a partir de la articulación efectiva de diferentes entidades del Gobierno nacional y de los niveles territoriales.

Parágrafo

Para los efectos del presente decreto se utilizarán las siguientes abreviaciones:

SNARIV: Sistema Integral de Atención y Reparación Integral a Víctimas.

UARIV: Unidad Administrativa Especial para la Atención y Reparación a las Víctimas.

CTJT: Comités Territoriales de Justicia Transicional.

RUV: Registro Único de Víctimas.
