Ámbito de aplicación . Lo dispuesto en el presente título aplica al proceso de asignación del Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda para la construcción de vivienda de interés social nueva a través de las modalidades de autoconstrucción y construcción delegada, aplicable a suelo urbano y rural, otorgado por Fonvivienda a los hogares que pertenezcan a organizaciones y/o comunidades legalmente constituidas y de manera concurrente por otras entidades otorgantes del subsidio.
