º . Disposiciones homogéneas . De conformidad con lo previsto en el numeral 9 del literal b) del artículo 1 º de la Ley 964 de 2005, la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia expedirá normas homogéneas en materia prudencial y contable de las operaciones de reporto o repo y de las operaciones simultáneas, dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la publicación del presente decreto.
