ARTICULO 135 . FUNCIONARIO INVESTIGADOR. Para que se adelante la investigación disciplinaria podrá nombrarse funcionario investigador, cargo que podrá recaer en un Oficial, miembro del Nivel Ejecutivo a partir del grado de Subintendente, Suboficial o personal no uniformado, para este último es requisito esencial ostentar el título de abogado.

Parágrafo

Dentro de la jerarquía policial, no podrá designarse como funcionario investigador a persona de menor antigüedad o grado de quien es objeto de investigación.
