º. El artículo 8º. del Decreto 2956 quedará así: A partir del 1º. de enero de 1956 grávase el consumo de licores destilados, de producción nacional, con la suma de un peso por cada botella de 720 gramos que se dé al consumo dentro del territorio de la República, o proporcionalmente por fracciones. Este gravamen ingresará directamente a la Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos para invertirlo en las obras que ejecute en los territorios de los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarías.
