Los responsables del Erario en cuya oficina figuren Cajeros, conforme a la Ley, y que hagan nombramientos para estos cargos, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 28 de la Ley 36 citada, darán cuenta inmediatamente de tales nombramientos y de las cauciones que se les exijan a los nombrados, para los fines del caso.
