La Junta Directiva del Ferrocarril del Pacifico reglamentará, con aprobación del Gobierno, los servicios del muelle y de la energía eléctrica, y dispondrá que se lleve cuenta separada del producido y gastos del muelle y de la planta. Cada seis meses el Administrador de la Empresa dará al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público un informe pormenorizado sobre la marcha de esas dependencias.
