De las sanciones. A todas las instituciones, entidades y personas a que se refiere el presente Decreto y que incumplan las normas previstas en el mismo, se les aplicarán las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 49 de la Ley 10 de 1990, con sujeción al procedimiento previsto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
