° La entrada y salida de personas se verificarán precisamente por las puertas destinadas para ello por la Gerencia de la Zona debiendo la Aduana establecer en ellas la correspondiente vigilancia. Deberá exigirse el pase a que se refiere el artículo 16 del Capítulo III de éste reglamento por el personal de la Zona. Igualmente la introducción y extracción de mercancías se hará pollos lugares expresamente señalados para estos fines.
