Vigencia del PEIS. El Proyecto Educativo Institucional PEIS estará limitado a la vigencia de la licencia de funcionamiento de la Escuela y Departamento de Capacitación de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada. Los cursos de capacitación solo podrán ofertarse mientras se encuentre vigente la Licencia de Funcionamiento.

Parágrafo

Las Escuelas y Departamentos de Capacitación en Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada deberán presentar los planes de mejoramiento anualmente, con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas propuestas.
