El Fondo de Garantías no podrá respaldar obligaciones que en conjunto representen más de dos veces su patrimonio neto.

Parágrafo

El Comité Administrador del Fondo Financiero Agropecuario podrá variar esta relación sin que ella exceda de cinco (5) veces el patrimonio neto del Fondo de Garantías.
