Ley 94 de 1927 · por la cual se crean catorce becas en Europa para el estudio de las bellas artes, se ceden dos edificios y se dictan otras disposiciones

Autorizase al Gobierno para celebrar con el Departamento de Cundinamarca el contrato necesario para que la nación adquiera el terreno y las edificaciones que este Departamento ofrece cederle por la Ordenanza número 53 del año 1927 (artículo 3°).

Al otorgarse la escritura pública que debe perfeccionar el contrato, se cumplirán las prescripciones constitucionales y legales. El contrato así celebrado no necesitará de ulterior aprobación del Congreso y estará exento de toda clase de impuestos.
