Los fondos que existen en poder del Administrador de Hacienda Nacional de Pasto, provenientes del valor de las matriculas por conexiones domiciliarias efectuadas para la prestación de los servicios de acueducto y alcantarillado, pasaran a poder de dicha Junta con el objeto de que se inviertan en la administración y ensanche de las obras.
