Las contravenciones a lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto serán castigadas con multas de diez a cien pesos ($ 10 a 100), las cuales serán impuestas a los funcionarios responsables por el Ministerio de Educación mediante resoluciones motivadas, sin perjuicio a las sanciones penales que sean del caso.
