Ser organismo de acción comunal del grado inmediatamente inferior del cual se desea afiliar y tener personería jurídica otorgada por la entidad que ejerce la inspección, control y vigilancia correspondiente;

Que el organismo interesado desarrolle su actividad dentro del territorio de la organización a la cual se desea afiliar;

Que la solicitud de afiliación se haya aprobado en Asamblea General del organismo interesado. ( Decreto 2350 de 2003, artículo 7°) Vigente desde: 26/05/2015 y hasta el: 12/09/2023
