En caso de ausencia temporal de un Jefe de Misión, a éste se le seguirá girando la partida para gastos de arrendamiento de su residencia y de las oficinas de Cancillería, si continuaren bajo contrato. y en el caso de que su residencia y las oficinas de Cancillería se hallen en un inmueble de propiedad del Estado, se le girará la partida para gastos de sostenimiento de dicho inmueble.
