Prácticas no autorizadas e inseguras y sanos usos y prácticas. A los miembros de las bolsas de bienes y productos agropecuarios, agroindustriales o de otros commodities, sus administradores y funcionarios, les serán aplicables las normas sobre prácticas no autorizadas e inseguras y las relacionadas con sanos usos y prácticas previstas en la Resolución 1200 de 1995 de la Superintendencia de Valores y las normas que la modifiquen, sustituyan o adicionen.
