Deber de rendir testimonio. Toda persona citada tiene el deber de concurrir ante el funcionario y de rendir el testimonio que se le pida en el proceso penal. El que citado no concurriere o no cumpliere el deber de declarar, quedará, sometido a las sancio nes previstas en este Código para quienes incumplen el deber de comparecer.
