La entidad aseguradora que haya otorgado la correspondiente cobertura contra riesgos de incendio deberá aportar al Fondo Nacional de Bomberos una suma equivalente al 1% sobre el valor pagado de la póliza de seguro. El valor de este aporte deberá ser girado al Fondo Nacional de Bomberos dentro del mes siguiente a la adquisición de dicha póliza.
