Funciones Del Comité De Vigilancia

Decreto 1160 de 2010 · por medio del cual se reglamentan parcialmente las Leyes 49 de 1990, 3ª de 1991, 388 de 1997, 546 de 1999, 789 de 2002 y 1151 de 2007, en relación con el Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda de Interés Social Rural y se deroga el Decreto 973 de 2005.

Funciones del Comité de Vigilancia. Este Comité tendrá las siguientes funciones

Ser veedor de la ejecución del proyecto.

Presentar oportuna y justificadamente al Comité de Validación, solicitudes de modificación de las obras.

Dar a conocer al Comité de Validación, de manera oportuna, cualquier anomalía o reclamo en la ejecución del proyecto o cualquier otra situación que ponga en riesgo los recursos o el cumplimiento de la finalidad del subsidio.

Las demás que se determinen en el Reglamento Operativo del Programa
