Art. 4º . Para determinar la cuantía, en los juicios que no versen sobre cantidad conocida, el demandante la fijara en la demanda; pero el demandado puede, antes de dar contestación alguna, reclamar contra la fijación hecha por aquel, y en ese caso la cuantía se determinara por medio de peritos, que nombrara el Juez.
