A partir del 1° de enero de 1939 la subvención nacional del Colegio de San José, de Marinilla será aumentada a tres mil pesos ($ 3,000.00) anuales, suma con la cual la Nación contribuirá anualmente para becas de obreros en la Escuela Industrial de Artes y Oficios y para el sostenimiento de profesores. Dicha suma, será incluida en los Presupuestos de cada vigencia.
