Obligaciones constitucionales legales . Los resguardos indígenas quedan sujetos al cumplimiento de la función social y ecológica de la propiedad, conforme a los usos, costumbres y cultura de la comunidad. Así mismo, con arreglo a dichos usos, costumbres y cultura, quedan sometidos a todas las disposiciones sobre protección y preservación de los recursos naturales renovables y del ambiente.
