El Ministerio de Cultura podrá contratar, mediante el procedimiento de licitación pública previsto en la Ley 80 de 1993 , o las normas que la sustituyan o la modifiquen, con entidades expertas, la realización de una o todas las actividades previstas en el artículo 4° de esta ley.
