Art. 2.° La Junta nacional de Contribución voluntaria remitirá á la Tesorería general de la República una relación nominal de los prestamistas, con expresión de las cantidades consignadas, junto con la cuenta detallada de las operaciones efectuadas.

Parágrafo

La Tesorería general imputará la devolución de las sumas á los diversos acreedores á la cuenta de suplementos, y comprobará las erogaciones en la forma legal acostumbrada en tales casos. Comuníquese.
