Artículo único. El Tesoro de la Union reconoce a favor de las señoritas María Luisa, Avelina, Adela i Carolina Communay, hijas del Coronel Alejandro Commnnay, la suma de tres mil quinientos setenta i seis pesos por indemnizacion de los servicios i pago de los haberes militares de este ciudadano, referentes a la compañia de 1860 a 1863.

Parágrafo

Por la Secretaría respectiva se ordenará al pago en dinero.

La suma de que habla esta lei se tendrá como incluida en el Presupuesto nacional
