-Son requisitos comunes a los aspirantes a la licencia de locutor o radioanunciador en cualquiera de las tres categorías, los siguientes: a Ser Colombiano b Comprobar la aprobación del 4º año de bachillerato. c Presentar un certificado de buena conducta, expedido por la Policía Nacional d Presentar un certificado en que conste que el aspirante no sufre de enfermedades contagiosas, expedido por la Dirección de Higiene.
