Ejercicio de acciones civiles y comerciales. Si con posterioridad al vencimiento del término de la garantía legal se presentan defectos en el producto, el consumidor podrá acudir ante la jurisdicción ordinaria en ejercicio de acciones civiles y comerciales pertinentes.
