Del límite de horas extras que se podrán remunerar mensualmente. En ningún caso podrá pagarse a un empleado más de cuarenta (40) horas extras durante un mes calendario. Si se superare dicha cantidad, el excedente sé reconocerá en tiempo compensatorio a rizón de una hora hábil por cada hora extra de trabajo.
