°. El personal de la Cámara se renovará por terceras partes el primero de enero de cada año. El orden-de la renovación será el inverso del que resulte del número de votos que obtengan en la Junta de que habla el artículo 2°. Con tal objeto la elección se declarará por orden numérico, decidiendo por suerte los empates.
